Customers trust us with their biggest transactions. We earned that trust by employing the strongest system of financial protection in the industry. From the outside, many firms look alike, but behind the scenes, Paulus Title protects its customers with an Escrow Security Bond, positive pay technology, release tracking, daily reconciliation of escrow accounts, and strong internal controls. Our dedication to the security of our clients is backed by the independent certification of our company on all seven Pillars of the American Land Title Association's Best Practices.
Our job is to honor the contract, protect the parties, and answer all of questions. While we use the most cutting edge technology, we also assign a single point of contact for every transaction. This gives our customers the highest degree of personal service with the most secure and safe closings.
Morticia Addams said it best: "What is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly…." At Paulus Title, we know that the real estate transactions that we do everyday can be confusing to parties who conduct just a few closings in their lifetimes. Our job is to make closings as smooth as possible and answer all of the parties' questions.
